Instructions
To hold a valid Association meeting, at least 20% of the voting interests must be present either in person or by proxy. You can appoint any association member who will be attending the meeting as your proxy. Also, you may appoint “One of the Directors of the Board” as your proxy. For those proxies so marked they will be distributed equally among the Directors attending the meeting.
ONE LOT IS EQUAL TO ONE VOTE. JOINT OWNERS FOR A PROPERTY MUST CHOOSE WHO WILL CAST THEIR PROPERTY VOTE.
To ensure a quorum submit this proxy by May 15, 2025, whether you plan to attend the meeting or not. If you attend the meeting, you may reclaim your proxy and vote as usual.
