Architectural Guidelines, Request Forms, Rules and Standards
The following Documents are the Architectural Design Policy, New Construction Form Request, and Exterior Improvement Form Request. Please insure you have read and understand the Design Policy before submitting either request form. You can fill it in digitally, save it and email them as directed on the form to ksmaboard@kiwandashores.org . Your email can be in lieu of a digital signature. Alternately, you can print, complete, sign and scan the form and then email it.
